Planning: By prayer and preparation all plans will be carefully discussed and agreed then added to TheMensRoom@JCC Event Calendar. Following up with full details of plans and proposed outcomes

 

Action: Putting the project and plans of TheMensRoom@JCC into action, by promoting the events using a variety of media types

 

Advertising: Making use of the main JCC Web Site to promote TheMensRoom@JCC.

Analysis: Recording details of feedback after each event and analyzing to see what works and what does not. Provide quarterly summary reports to JCC
